How long does the full audit take?

What's the difference between The Audit and The Advisor?
The Audit is a one-time snapshot. You get the full picture and implement changes on your own. The Advisor keeps someone in your corner every month — updating costs, monitoring for creep, and making sure your margins don't drift back to where they were.
Can I cancel The Advisor?
Yes, anytime — no contracts. That said, most clients find that food costs drift back up within 60–90 days without someone actively monitoring them. That's kind of the point.
