Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of GRILLOGIC's services, including our menu profitability audit service, cost dashboard, and website at getgrillogic.com. By purchasing a service or submitting a free sample request, you agree to these terms.
1. Services Provided
GRILLOGIC provides done-for-you menu cost analysis, vendor price comparison, and ongoing food cost advisory services for independent restaurant operators, food trucks, and catering operations. Services are delivered manually by our team within the timeframes stated at the time of purchase.
2. Free Sample Analysis
The free sample analysis covers up to 5 dishes from your menu. It is provided at no charge and with no obligation to purchase. Submitting a free sample request does not create a service contract. We reserve the right to limit free sample requests at our discretion.
3. Payment and Refunds
- The Audit (one-time): Payment is due at time of purchase. If GRILLOGIC fails to deliver your analysis within 14 business days of receiving your menu and invoices, you are entitled to a full refund.
- The Audit – Risk Free (split payment): The first payment of $150 is due at purchase and initiates the work. The second payment of $150 is due upon delivery of your completed analysis. You are not obligated to make the second payment if you are unsatisfied with the results, provided you notify us before accessing the full dashboard.
- The Advisor (monthly): The one-time setup fee of $150 is non-refundable after work has begun. Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of the paid period.
4. Your Responsibilities
To receive accurate results, you agree to provide truthful and reasonably complete information including your menu, current prices, and vendor invoices. GRILLOGIC is not responsible for inaccurate analysis resulting from incomplete or incorrect information you provide.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all information you share — including your menu, pricing, invoices, and business details — as confidential. We will not share your information with third parties except as required by law. We may use anonymized, aggregated data from client audits for internal research and marketing purposes, but will never identify your business without your explicit written consent.
6. Intellectual Property
The analysis, reports, and recommendations GRILLOGIC delivers to you are for your business use. You retain ownership of your menu and business data. GRILLOGIC retains ownership of its methodologies, software, and platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
GRILLOGIC provides analysis and recommendations based on information you supply. We are not responsible for business outcomes resulting from implementing our recommendations. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
8. Early Access Program
Early Access pricing is locked in for life for clients who join during the soft launch period. GRILLOGIC reserves the right to close Early Access at any time. Early Access clients will always retain their locked rate regardless of future price increases.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms periodically. We will notify active clients of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
