When you interact with GRILLOGIC — through our website, free sample form, or service purchase — we may collect:
- Contact information: Your name, email address, phone number, and business name.
- Business information: Your menu, dish prices, vendor invoices, and food cost data that you voluntarily share with us for analysis.
- Payment information: Processed securely through Stripe. We never store your card number or full payment details on our servers.
- Communication records: Emails, messages, or notes from our conversations with you.
- Website usage data: Basic analytics about how visitors use our site (e.g., page views, referral source). We do not use invasive tracking or sell this data.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To deliver your free sample analysis or paid audit service.
- To communicate with you about your service, results, and follow-up.
- To send you product updates or Early Access announcements if you've opted in.
- To improve our service and methodology using anonymized, aggregated data.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Ever.
3. Business Data You Share With Us
Your menu, invoices, and food cost information are treated as strictly confidential. We use this data only to perform your analysis. We may reference anonymized results (e.g., "a client recovered $520/month by repricing one dish") in our marketing, but we will never identify your business by name without your explicit written consent.
4. Third-Party Services
We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate:
- Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
- Formspree: Form submission handling for our free sample and notify forms.
- Google Workspace / Gmail: Email communication and file management.
Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We have chosen them specifically because they are reputable and GDPR-conscious providers.
5. Data Retention
We retain your contact and business information for as long as you are an active client or as required by law. If you request deletion of your data, we will remove it within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or accounting purposes.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying "unsubscribe" to any email.

Our services are intended for business owners and operators. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years of age.
